TERMS AND END-USER LICENCE

A clear licence for working editors.

Effective 14 September 2026

These terms apply to NoteCue together with the checkout and payment terms shown by Lemon Squeezy.

Licence grant

A valid direct purchase grants the named customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased NoteCue major version for commercial or personal editing work. A direct licence may be active on up to two computers at once. NoteCue 1.x maintenance updates are included.

Permitted use

You may use NoteCue for client, employment, educational, and personal projects. An organisation must purchase enough licences for its individual users unless a separate team agreement is provided in writing.

Restrictions

You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense, rent, or distribute the installer or licence key. You may not bypass activation, falsify entitlement, interfere with the licence service, or use the product to violate law. Rights allowed by applicable law, including rights that cannot be excluded, remain unaffected.

Payments, tax, and refunds

Prices, currency, tax, and payment terms are shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax, receipts, and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support@plinkmeow.com with the Lemon Squeezy order reference if you need help with a NoteCue purchase, but never send card details.

Updates and compatibility

The product page lists the supported Premiere Pro versions and operating systems. Adobe may change host APIs or installation requirements. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain compatibility, but uninterrupted compatibility with every future host release is not guaranteed. A later major NoteCue version may require a separate purchase.

Ownership

NoteCue and its original code, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of PlinkMeow. You retain all rights in your projects, notes, exports, and media.

Warranty and liability

NoteCue is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that it will be error-free or fit every workflow. Always keep project backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and total liability relating to a direct purchase is limited to the amount paid for NoteCue. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

The licence ends if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach after notice where a remedy is possible. A licence may also be disabled after a full refund. On termination, stop using and remove NoteCue. Accrued legal rights and mandatory consumer protections remain in place.
