Retrieve your licence.
Enter the email address used for your NoteCue purchase and its Ko-fi transaction ID. Both must match the completed purchase.

Copy a key into NoteCue when prompted. Each key supports two active Windows computers.
Where is the transaction ID?
Check your Ko-fi receipt and payment history. If you cannot find the transaction ID, contact mrplinkbusiness@gmail.com from the purchase email address.
The recovery service compares protected hashes of the email and transaction ID. It does not store either value in readable form. It stores the licence status, two-seat activation records, a general computer label, and operational timestamps.
